She was born in Wichita January 10, 2009 to Capone and Jezebel. She is ALL Jack Russell! Sweet as can be and full of energy. Today is her first day in her new home. They named her Trixie. We have not decided if that is the name she will keep or not, but it is a cute one! I can already tell she is a very social pup. Hates to be left alone! Could be a long first night! I hope we can get some sleep! She seems most content to sleep on my shoulder or on my lap. That is fine except she is not house broke yet so we will have to be careful. The kennel may have to go on the bed with me if she continues to cry in it. We'll see how that goes. I know dad wouldn't hear it but I certainly would! At this moment she is napping on my shoulder while I am typing. Here are some pics of her first night at her new home. Tomorrow she gets to meet her new Vet! I bet she'll be happy about that!

How'd the first night go? Can't wait to see her.
It went really well! Better than I expected it would. Put her in her kennel twice and she cried both times so both times I got her out and held her some more. Third try worked great. She went to sleep and I never heard her again until about 6:30 when she was pretty vocal about wanting out! Took her outside twice this morning and she went both times. No messes inside this morning so far!

I'm glad no messes yet...we didn't have any issues getting the mommy and daddy trained...so hopefully she gets that gene!
Yea that would be good! Just one last night but I wasn't paying attention either... ha.
